My name is Kajsa and I pronounce it "k-eye-suh" (2 syllables though) or "ky-suh" like someone else here described it. Sometimes to help teachers say it correctly I'll tell them to say "kai-Zuh" because that tends to get people to pronounce it less like "kai-sah/saw" which sounds bad in my opinion.
