For those of you who don't know it is disrespectful to use the names of the dead, it would be the same as spitting on the graves of your forefathers. I am one of the descendants of Kaneonuskatew. If you want information on the man or meaning of his name then ask his grandchildren.

In my religion, you are supposed to name children after the dead, it's showing respect to the people.
