A friend of mine has this name. He pronounces it 'Kuh-ko-ah', with the accent on the second syllable.

It's pronounced KAY-KO-AH.

The Hawaiian e makes more an an "eh" sound, not "ay", so this would be pronounced Keh-koh-ah.
