Kelila is pronounced keh-lee-LAH.

Alternatively it would be valid to pronounce it ke-ly-la, like Delilah.

This would be best transliterated Kelilah, as it ends with the effeminate 'he.' Therefore that's how I spell the name when I use it. This is actually the best translation of my name into Hebrew, although I use Atarah almost exclusively.
