A famous bearer is Canadian actor Len Cariou (born September 30, 1939). He perhaps best known for his role as the original Sweeney Todd in the 1979 Broadway production of "Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street". He won a Tony Award for the role.

I personally don't like the name "Leonard". It sounds way too fancy and stuffy. I do like "Len" though. It sounds like an outgoing name, to me. :)
I would have loved to name my son "Len" someday, but I really don't need the "Rin/Len" thing.
