The name Lorena is widely used in my country, Spain. It is said in many ways for example: Lore, Loren, Lory. Personally I find it a nice name and it is ideal for a woman. I also found other ways to say this name here: http://www.nombres.wiki/Lorena.htm.

The name Lorena was only given to 185 baby girls born in the US in 2012. I think it's a beautiful name and a much prettier and more unique alternative to Lauren.
