A lady I work with is named Lutfiya. I like this better than Lutfi. It sounds more complete to me. Lutfiya is not on here but I think it may be the Turkish version of Lutfi since this lady is from Turkey.

I like this name and its meaning, but it's been ruined by the ghastly Sam Lutfi, abusive ex-manager of Britney Spears.
