I've never heard this name pronounced as mal-uh-kee like some commenters are saying here. I can read Hebrew characters, and the last syllable of the name is very obviously pronounced in the original Hebrew to rhyme with the word "sky." Obviously, you can pronounce it however you want; just don't be surprised when other people pronounce it the traditional way.
