This name is really cute! I wouldn't name my kid it, but I like the way it sounds. It almost sounds like a modern way of Mary.

It could mean sea and sun, from Maris and Sol. Not the more common derivation, but really just as legit. Anyway, I both love and hate the sound, because it's so close to 'aerosol'.

I like this name, but it sounds an awful lot like 'parasol'. Not like that takes anything away from the name.
