Mavis

Mavis Fan (Chinese: 范曉萱; pinyin: Fàn Xiǎoxuān) is a Taiwanese singer and actress.

Mavis Beaumont is the fictional star of the American Netflix comedy series, “Survival of the Thickest”. The storyline features Mavis as a plus-sized Black woman who is newly single and finds herself having to rebuild her life as a struggling stylist. Mavis is played by actress Michelle Buteau.
