Medb is fab! More obscure and unique than Maeve.
How do you prounouce this?
It’s pronounced MEDVH.
Medb is the old Irish form. No one in Ireland would be called this. The modern Irish forms are Medhbh and Méabh.
*This* is the historic form.
But surely that's the spelling in spotty-Irish (I have no idea what the proper term is)? So then, in the modern alphabet (complete with h's) it would be Medhbh.
