In the Comic Book World - in the Old Justice League, there is a girl named "Merry Pembroke", (who was adopted and then had the last name of Creamer) and she had special powers. Known as "The girl with a thousand gimmicks". I think she must have been like a modern day Macgyver.

Merry Vik was a pseudonym used by a writer of popular young adult fiction in Sweden. She chose it because it meant happy and Vik (meaning bay) because she loved the sea.
