A famous bearer is Mike Nichols (born November 6, 1931), an American film director, writer, and producer. Notable films he's directed include "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" (1966), "The Graduate" (1967), for which he won an Academy Award, "Silkwood" (1983), and "Closer" (2004). He's won Emmy Awards as producer and director of the TV movie "Wit" and the miniseries "Angels in America". He won a Grammy Award for his comedy collaboration record with Elaine May. He's also won Tony Awards for directing various Broadway shows, including "Barefoot in the Park", "Luv", "The Odd Couple", "Plaza Suite", "The Prisoner of Second Avenue", "The Real Thing", and "Monty Python's Spamalot", as well as being the executive producer of "Annie" and "The Real Thing". He is one of only a few people to have won an Academy, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award.
