There is also Mikula version of the name in Croatia. It`s rare in modern times, but old people used to call me like that on my island, and my great grandfather was named Mikula.

Hahaha it sounds stupid as a first name! It can be a surname (and it is) or very ugly nickname for Mikulas (Czech form of Nicholas), which is also bad name.
