Natalia does not have to mean "born on Christmas". If you aren't Christian, and don't want that association you can use the alternative meaning of "natalis". Natalis is Latin for "birth".
Shouldn't it be the other way around? The entry for Natalie says it comes from the Late Latin name Natalia, so why is Natalia listed as a form of Natalie?
