There’s multiple ways of saying it but in Spanish the letter E makes an A sound and that’s why the phonetic spelling is NAY-nuh. There is also other words for it in other languages because they’re different languages, it’s not confined to just one language.
I have only heard it pronounced as NEH-nah.
I always pronounce and hear it pronounced "NAY-n[]".
Pronounced NEH-nah in Croatia.
Used in Croatia. Pronounced NA-na (1st letter A like E in Merry).
