Diminutive of Oldřiška, not usually used as a given name in its own right. Oldra Sedlmayerová (whose official given name was Oldřiška Veronika Sedlmayerová, 1884-1954) was a poet, publicist and politician. She was a close friend and eventually the lover of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, the founder and first president of Czechoslovakia.
