I imagine how a mother rejoiced when her baby's terrific eyes fluttered open, like a butterfly emerging into existence from its chrysalis... Parvaneh embodies ephemeral splendor and transformation, drifting through life with a sprightly energy that captures the hearts of all who behold her. With each fuchsia letter, I am swept up in daydreams of multicolored wings alighting upon fragrant blossoms. A name woven with threads of rebirth, Parvaneh reminds us of the soul's capacity for growth and renewal, even in the face of life's toughest challenges. In the language of butterflies, Parvaneh's tinkling chimes sing of metamorphosis and spontaneity, inviting us to embrace the flawed beauty of change and the vivacious hues within us. Parvaneh leaves a trail of wanderlust in her wake...

I love the 'butterfly' meaning and the Par- part is very poetic as also Parvin (Pleiades) and Pari / Parisa (fairy, fairy-like) have this sound in it.
I have a student with this name. She pronounces it Par-vuh-nay.
