I really like this alternative spelling for the name Pauline, particularly for Irish women, as it seems reminiscent of traditional Irish names like Maureen, Eileen, Kathleen, Colleen, etc. In fact, I'm surprised this spelling is not more popular on the Emerald Isle.

I'd like to see Pauleen become the more popular spelling with parents in Ireland who want to name their daughters "PAW-leen".
