I have no idea which one of the multiple transcription systems for Belarusian you use, but from what I can see so far, there appears to be an inconsistency.Both Pavel and Paviel are listed as Belarusian forms of Paul, but you don't specify which one of the two is the alternate transcription. Looking at how you tackled Vera and Viera, I suppose Paviel should be the alternate transcription.With that in mind, you should also take a look at Hienadz, which is the only other Belarusian name where you transcribe the Cyrillic letter е as 'ie'. Based on the example mentioned above, it should actually be an alternate transcription of Henadz. And Henadz is a legitimate Belarusian transcription: there are three bearers on the English Wikipedia, whereas there are four for Hienadz (also spelled as Hienadź). [noted -ed]
