Looking at how you tackled Vera and Viera, I suppose Paviel should be the alternate transcription.With that in mind, you should also take a look at Hienadz, which is the only other Belarusian name where you transcribe the Cyrillic letter е as 'ie'. Based on the example mentioned above, it should actually be an alternate transcription of Henadz. And Henadz is a legitimate Belarusian transcription: there are three bearers on the English Wikipedia, whereas there are four for Hienadz (also spelled as Hienadź). [noted -ed]
