Pleasance Smith (née Reeve; 1773 – 1877) was an English letter writer, literary editor, and centenarian. Smith lived to the age of 103, becoming well known in later life on account of her advanced years. Her mother's name was also Pleasance. Supposedly, Alice Pleasance Liddell (the girl who inspired 'Alice in Wonderland') was her great-niece.
Pleasance McMaster is the name of a character in “Actress” by Anne Enright.
Alice Pleasance Liddell is the child whom Alice In Wonderland was based on.
The founder of the American Girl series: dolls, books, large store in Chicago, etc. was called Pleasant T. Rowland. I'm not sure I like this as a name, though.
