Prem

This name is also used in Thailand - it's written as เปรม in Thai and pronounced as /'preːm˧/. It does mean "love" or "affection" in Thai as well (also derived from Sanskrit प्रेम), but it's more commonly used to mean "content", "satisfied", "delighted", "happy" and so forth.

I've only ever met one Prem and she was female. It seemed to suit her.
