The latter is Rasheed.
The Arabic spelling has to be corrected. The posted spelling is that of Rasheed which is another entry. Rashid or Rashed means 1.the adult, 2.the wise one or 3.the one who knows the correct path. It is also used as the Arabic equivalent for "guide".
