The American English pronunciation is rOO-buhn (ˈɹubən), while the British is rOO-bin (ˈruːbɪn).
I'm from Indonesia. In Indonesian (my first language), it is spelled Ruben and pronounced rOO-bEn (ˈɹubɛn).Personally, I like the spelling Reuben better because it looks more dashing and classy. But for the pronunciation, I prefer rOO-bEn (ˈɹubɛn) because it sounds stronger.
