Roly-Poly was one of the puppies from 101 Dalmatians. Unlike some of the puppies, he is present in both the book and the film.

This is what comes to mind: ''Fish heads, fish heads, Roly poly fish heads, fish heads, fish heads, eat them up, yum!'' A kid with this name would probably get that song sung to him all the time, as it's quite a timeless one.
