Sancho was the oldest son of King Afonso II of Portugal and later became king himself.

When I hear this name I think of a guy that is having an affair with a married woman. He's commonly referred to as the "Sancho"!
Whenever I hear this name, I think of Sancho Panza from Don Quixote. I really liked the character, so of course this is a positive association. It makes me think of an energetic, enthusiastic person who is always looking for a way to help out.
I love it! I think it sounds very Mexican and energetic.
