Since Never-ending Story this name has been one of my faves. My birthday is January 20th and this name is located on my birthday 3 times, so cool! Growing up as a teenager my favorite band was Skid Row, lead singer Sebastian Bach, like the composer Johann Sebastian Bach.

I always associate this name with three people, two real and one fictional: 1) Bastian Schweinsteiger (famous German footballer); 2) Johann Sebastian Bach (famous German baroque composer); and 3) J.F. On a personal note, I am quite fond of the name. It's very elite to me.

The main character for manga/anime Kuroshitsuji (黒執事 meaning "black butler") is called Sebastian Michaelis. He is the almighty butler of the Phantomhive family, but more importantly a demon, who has made a contract with the young head of the Phantomhive family.

I'm almost positive that the singer's real name of the band Cinema Bizarre is Sebastian.
