This was my great grandmother's name, and my brother, Sebastian was named after her.
This is such a spunky yet elegant name. I pronounce it seb-as-tee-ahn-uh.
Sebastiana is such a great name. I even prefer it to the male Sebastian - it's used far less often.
Could also be prounouced seb-as-ti-ANN-na.
Pronounced Seh-Bahst-Chyah-nah, I think.
