I love this name — especially the meaning; almonds are my favourite nuts. It could be mispronounced as "SHAYKT" in English, though, as in the (grammatically incorrect) past tense of "shake". However, I know a girl with this name and it's really pretty and suits her. (She doesn't have almond eyes, by the way; they're olive green!)
