I don't see how it can be pronounced like Sheena, looks like Shee-nag to me.

It's a fake pseudo-Gaelic spelling, invented by people who couldn't point Ireland out to you on a map. It completely ignores the fact that the name has a proper Gaelic spelling; Síne. Have to say I prefer the gorgeous Siobhan to this by far, however overused it is.
