Sylvanas Windrunner is a major character in the Warcraft series mythology. At the time of World of Warcraft, she is the beautiful and much loved undead bashee queen of the Forsaken, though she was once an High Elf and the Ranger-General of Silvermoon who fought heroically against the invading Scourge.
