In the Netherlands of this day and age, the name Sjakie is best known for being the name of the titular character of the book "Sjakie en de Chocoladefabriek" (1964). It is the Dutch translation of the book (and its film adaptations) "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" written by Roald Dahl.
It's a dutch nickname derived from Jacky, one of the most common pet forms of the French form Jacques.
Pronounced Syah-kee in Dutch. Our "J" is like the English "Y". [noted -ed]
Okay, honestly, who came up with this name? I can't even tell how you pronounce it. While I like that it is extremely uncommon it's... weird. Complicated. I definitely wouldn't use this.
