No, Slavko can't be spelled Slavco because Slavic C is ALWAYS pronounced TS (like in iT'S), and then Slavco would be pronounced slahv-tso.

When not a proper name by itself, Slavko is a common short form of Vjekoslav. Another form is Slavek.
