Normally I love the name Tatiana but it is becoming too popular, I would be afraid that it would become the next Brittney for my children's generation. This is a great alternative! It's very feminine.

Might work better as a middle name.

Tatiana is getting very popular and is one of my favorite names. I like Tatienne spelled Tatianne, pronounced (Tat-ee-Ahn).
