It's the name of someone from my home town who left a huge impression on me. She was just so fresh and full of life and even though we lost touch, it feels like we just talked yesterday or something. Teodora is definitely one of those names that you never forget. I know I won't... If only I hadn't handled myself a little better when we were friends, then I probably would be with her right now instead of writing comments about names.

Teodora (501-548) was the wife of Justinian the Great (Justinian I) of the East Byzantine Empire.

It was she (for all intents and purposes) who actually reigned in the Byzantine Empire during her husband's reign.
