In Scandinavian countries, Tora is pronounced as TOOR-ah. I wonder if the Japanese Tora is pronounced as "TAUR-ah"?

A friend of mine is named Tora, and she says it's pronounced TO-ra or to-RAH in Norwegian (TOO-rah sounds like more like Tor A.)
