Clearly a ghetto name, even if not the worst possible kind. This name actually reminds me of the name Therese, and it als sounds a bit like an elaboration of Tyra, so the name isn't all that masculine, but not really feminine either, so I don't really know what sort of people this weird name could work on. Come on people, don't combine name elements. They sound trashy.

This name doesn't sound very masculine to me. It sounds more feminine.
