The spelling of the name is quite misleading, at least to English speakers. In actual fact, it's pronounced as UH-fək. My friend bears this name, though he doesn't use it in day-to-day life, as you can imagine.

The meaning is nice, but sadly it would not be a very good name in the "Western" world.
Although many Turks know English, I don't think "oh f**k" would be their first association, but it sure was mine...
