Ulla Winblad is a character that appears in many songs by the Swedish poet and composer Carl Michael Bellman, sort of a national bard.

In "The Producers", Ulla was the name of the Swedish receptionist. She is played by Uma Thurman in the feature film and by Chloe Dallimore in the Australian theatre production.
Fairly common in hyphenated names like Ulla-Britt.

My mom's name. I don't think it's pretty at all. My mother doesn't like her name either. She always thought it sounded "round", and because she had round cheeks as a child, she hated it.
This name was very common in Sweden in the 40's and 50's, but is rarely used on children today, probably because it takes a while for a name to become popular again, but also because it rhymes with lots of Swedish, words, some of them nasty.
