Not necessarily famous, but Vinnie the Pincher, sometimes known as the Doberman pinscher guard, is an enemy from Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, a 2002 stealth platforming video game by Sucker Punch Games.

Vinnie the Pincher is found in the Mesa City levels of the game, and if he shoots you once, he will howl before firing his gun in the air as his victory pose.
