Wally Darling is a character from Welcome Home. He is a yellow, Muppet-like puppet with blue hair.
Wallabee Beatles (aka Numbuh 4) from Codename: Kids Next Door is often referred to as Wally whenever he's not being called Numbuh 4.

- 'Where's Wally?' is a British book series with double-page spreads depicting dozens or more people doing a variety of amusing things. Readers are challenged to find Wally hidden in the group. It is titled 'Where's Waldo?' in the US and Canada.
When I think of Wally I think of that old favorite cartoon of mine when I was little Wally Beatles from Codename: Kids Next Door. Except that his name was short for Wallabee.

A famous bearer of this name is Valerie "Wally" Neuzil. She was the model and mistress of 20th century Vienna Secession artist Egon Schiele and also modelled for Gustav Klimt. She is featured in Schiele's 1912 "Portrait of Wally."
Wally Cleaver from the series Leave it to Beaver. His name is Wallace and they call him 'Wally' for short so it can be a nickname for Wallace. I think it sounds cute even more because it reminds me of the character and sounds better than the whole name.
