I absolutely LOVE the name Xanthia... only because it's MY name!

This is the name of my fictional character. Ironically, however, I find 'Xanthia' more common in real life than in the media. Either way, I love it! Its variants, 'Xanthe', 'Xanthea', and 'Xanthos' are alright, but I prefer Xanthia to them all. I see Xanthia mostly as a girl's name, but I could imagine it on a boy as well.

Xanthia is probably my favorite name. Xanthe is awesome too, but I like Xanthia better. It's exotic, uncommon, and beautiful, not hard to pronounce, and if a child has this name, they won't be teased about anything name related. :)
