Comments for the name Yolande

I think this is actually an alright name, and it has a bit of history to it too, which is quite nice. :)

This is a very pretty name. I also like Yolanda, but I think Yolande seems a little more sophisticated & exotic.

Yolande Palfrey (1957-2011) was a British actress. Among her roles were the Blind Girl in "Pennies From Heaven", the Stewardess Janet in the Vervoid segment of "The Trial of a Time Lord" and Veron in "Blake's 7: Pressure Point".

Yolande was also one of the daughters of King Charles VII and his wife Maria. She was named after her grandmother Yolande of Aragon.
