The Roman name Ceasar was shortened to Tsar, by Russians, female version was Tsarina. Across the borders to the south (i.e. Iran, Pakistan & India) it has become Zareen.

Also Zarin. It is pronounced how it is spelled: zahr-een ('i' in Farsi makes a long 'ee' sound)
