Description: At the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo, she placed second (and thus won the silver medal) at the women's 1000 metres speed skating competition. At the same Winter Olympics, she placed third (and thus won the bronze medal) at the women's 1500 metres speed skating competition as well as the women's 3000 metres speed skating competition.
