- Multiple terms can be entered into the search box
- Match names will match names that are entered
- Match words in meanings will match names that have the meanings entered into the search box (meanings are anything between double quotes)
- Match words in description will match names that have the keywords entered into the search box (keywords are anything written after the name)
- "or" search requires one of the terms to match, "and" search requires all of the terms to match

- The * character is a wildcard which will match one or more letters, but it only works for name searches
- The _ character will match exactly one letter, but it only works for name searches
- You can always force a term to be included by preceding it with a + sign, or force it to be excluded with a - sign
- You can use multiple levels of bracketing to refine your search
Example: +greek +(legend myth) -zeus will match Greek names of myths or legends not about Zeus
- You can search for an exact phrase by surrounding it with double quotes
Example: "the lord of the rings" will match names from the novel 'The Lord of the Rings'
