Ambrose Courtney - sounds like a boy to me. Courtney usually sounds like a girly "bimbo" name to me but in this combo it sounds more like a posh surname-middle name and I'd imagine someone who comes from old money. Ambrose has that vibe by itself too, but Courtney makes it less cool and mysterious and more rich English guy. I can't picture Ambrose on a girl.
Jamie Adele - Jamie is purely neutral to me but Adele makes it sound like a girl. This name makes me think of a celebrity, probably a pop singer or an actress.
Palmer Hadley - this one sounds like a frat boy to me
Sydney Jay - could be any type of person but Sydney is 100% girl for me. Sidney could go either way, but Sidney for a boy would be more... snide? than Sydney or Sidney on a girl. Sydney especially is just kind of a girl next door name but it could fit a lot of different characters.
Raven Asher - This makes me think boy, but Raven Ash would be more purely unisex to me. I like it either way. This is one where I wouldn't be so tempted to try and guess a binary gender.
Alexis Gayle - Both girls to me, but different generations. Alexis is a teenager on the cheerleading team and Gayle is her mom who likes to gossip with the church ladies or something. (Gale is totally unisex for me, but not Gayle. And I've met too many girls named Alexis to see it on a boy)

To start off, they don't all read as unisex to me. I'll go one by one, rating each combo, first I'll rate how unisex I think it is, and then general attractiveness of the combo:Ambrose Courtney - that's a boy with a quirky mn. I like Ambrose a lot, actually. Courtney is fine too. unisex: 2/10; attractiveness: 7/10
Jamie Adele - that's a girl - I don't think Adele is even trying to be unisex. It's an ok combo. 1/10; 5/10
Palmer Hadley - It's fine but I'm not a fan of Palmer 7/10; 6/10
Sydney Jay - 8/10; 4/10
Raven Asher - Asher makes this a masculine combo to me, even though I usually picture Raven as a girl 6/10; 4/10
Alexis Gayle - that's a girl and I don't like this combo 2/10; 3/10
Joss Avery - this one has a kind of youthful energy to it, I like it 8/10; 7/10
Sheridan Murphy - my guess would be girl but there's enough doubt that it works as really unisex to me. I think it's interesting, I certainly don't dislike it 7/10; 8/10
Jewel Chandler - Jewel seems girly to me but I wouldn't be too shocked if it was a boy. I don't like Jewel as a name though. 6/10; 3/10
Riley Blair - I'd guess girl but again enough doubt lingers. I think it works, seems trendy 7/10; 7/10
Waverly Hunter - Waverly seems more feminine but like with most last name first names it works as unisex. I really dislike Hunter though, so it ruins the combo for me 7/10; 4/10

I read basically all of these as pretty strongly female and would only use one or two for a boy. Some of my faves as girls names:Morgan Bailey
Riley Blair
Kirby Allyn
Jamie Adele
Raven AsherOthers I have some thoughts on:
Leighton Harley - i like the flow of this but think people would struggle to pronounce LeightonAllison Kelly, Whitney Aubrey, and Sydney Jay feel very 90s to meWaverly Hunter is like wave hunter like a cartoon character who likes to surf or is a radio dj.

My favorite:
Dale QuinnI would love to see Dale shake the image it has taken on in the US. I like both the sound and the meaning.Others I like decently enough:
Jamie Adele
Alexis Gayle
Joss Avery
Riley Blair
Waverly Hunter
Kendall Rae
Schuyler Monroe
Morgan Bailey
Haven EmersonWith most of the above it is based off the first name more than the middle name, but I do like Adele (and am all for trying to get more unisex use of it), Avery, Rae (though I prefer Ray), and Monroe. OMy least favorites:
Ambrose Courtney
Palmer Hadley
Sheridan Murphy
Jewel Chandler
Darcy Meredith
Whitney Aubrey

The combo I like most is Haven Emerson.

Ambrose
Courtney: Ambrose is all male to me, not unisex at all. Courtney is all girl to me too, even though, unlike Ambrose, I've run across a male Courtney or two. The combo is just random and weird looking.
Jamie
Adele: Adele is not unisex to me either. I think Jamie is cute on a girl, babyish on a boy, and if this is a boy, I pity him. :) It's nice enough on a girl.
Palmer
Hadley: Doesn't even sound like a person, but like a law firm. Palmer, Hadley and McElrath, Ambulance Chasing Our Specialty.
Sydney
Jay: The spelling of Sydney is all girl to me. It's not terrible, but the Jay makes it more masculine and also to the ear it just sounds like an initial. On a boy it's very mobbed-up Old Hollywood producer/agent.
Raven
Asher: Raven's all girl and Asher's all boy to me. The combo just doesn't work, and it sounds, with the ash and the raven, like a silly, self-chosen emo-goth screen name.
Alexis
Gayle: This is all girl to me. I like it though I'd spell Gayle Gail.
Joss
Avery: Hate both names. Joss isn't a good full name.
Sheridan
Murphy: Another law firm name, but less skeezy than Palmer Hadley and McElrath.
Jewel
Chandler: Jewel is all girl to me. The combo isn't awful but sounds like someone you'd go to see to appraise your diamonds.
Riley
Blair: Doesn't sound good together but it's not terrible. I really don't like Blair.
Waverly
Hunter: Another law firm. Or someone that hunts waverlys.
Billie
Devin: This spelling of Billie is all girl. The combo is lopsided: to me, Billie is a Dust Bowl, barefoot, raggedy dress, pigtails coming apart kind of name and Devin/Devon is a plastic-surgeried aging stripper name.
Darcy
Meredith: All girl to me. Sounds like she might be the rather pushy intern at one of the law firms.
Leighton
Harley: Hate hate hate Leighton. The combo sounds like a motorcycle dealership.
Florence
Hollis: Florence is not unisex to me. The combo doesn't flow the best, but I do kind of like Florence. Hollis sounds snotty.
Kendall
Rae: All girl to me. Very Dance Moms or Toddlers in Tiaras vibes.
