Help[Opinions] Oxford boats
I went for afternoon tea on a boat in Oxford today. I tried to remember as many boat names as I could whilst enjoying my time on the boat itself!

Fun. My favorites of those are Bacchus, Lady Ethel, and Carl.
My 1st thought was Bobby or Lurline, but I'd have to think more about what keeps me afloat and also ride in it first. I'd be a little tempted to do something pessimistic like Childhood Trauma but doubt I really would; I'd be more likely to overcorrect and choose Zazen or a yoga pose or something.

My father, Cecil, would have loved to join the Navy but for family reasons - father died young, mother had diabetes with complications, his siblings had all started families of their own, so that left him - he was never able to. If I ever had a boat, I'd name it Cecily for sure.
