I think it's just a bit dated, but it'll linger for more years in the top 1000 before finally leaving. To me, Tiffany is a bubbly and fun name. I'm surprised this spelling was the most popular in France, more so than the French forms Tiphanie and Tiphaine - perhaps it will be tagged as a French name on BtN in the future?
