I'm just going to make some suggestions based on the names you seem to both be able to tolerate. :)
On the theme of Grace, what about Gracia or Graciella?
On the theme of Katherine, what about

Kate
Katelin
Katarina
Katina
Katrina

On the theme of Nat(h)alie, what about Natalia (helps with the t versus d thing) or Nadia?
On the theme of Olivia, Olive would be less popular.
I think Lucy Kae or Lucy Kate would be adorable.
Lucy Katarina would be nice too.
Oh, what about Natalia Kae? I love that.
Olive Isobel? Olive Graciella.....oo that's pretty.
Katherine Olivia would be nice.

I also really like Natalia, but SO thought it sounded 'too foreign' (a problem we keep running into apparently), and that's how we came to Natalie. I love Natalia much more than Nadia.
Neither one of us likes Olive very much, nor any of the 'K' names (except I sort of like Karina).
Katherine Olivia is actually very nice. SO and I like Katherine a lot, but we don't like any nicknames for it so that's the only reason we're stuck with it in MN position. We might have to revisit this one! Thank you :)
